I believe this is true because when we look at others and desrcibe them good or badly and if we do this a lot of times we can see some of this in ourselves and that in time makes us better and smarter people.

I agree with this statement. When others do something irritating, you may notice that you do this too. Therefore, you can understand yourself more and help you correct that irritating action in yourself.
